Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co. Ltd. has appointed Mr. Feng Tao as Chief Engineer of the Company. The appointment is effective from February 28, 2026, with a term of office being conterminous with the current term of the Board.

Mr. Feng Tao, aged 50, holds a Master's Degree in Geology from Northwest University in the People's Republic of China. He possesses postgraduate qualifications and is a Fellow of both the Society of Economic Geologists and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, with over two decades of professional experience in geological exploration and international mining technology management. From 2001 to 2016, he held senior roles, including geologist, project manager, and senior management positions at several internationally recognized mining enterprises, such as Placer Dome Inc., a subsidiary of Barrick Mining Corporation, a company dually listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mundoro Mining Inc., and Eldorado (Beijing) Enterprise Management Co.

From December 2016 to November 2020, he served as Vice President of Pangea Gold Corporation Limited.
