Chemring Group PLC announced that the Board has declared an interim dividend in respect of the 2026 financial year of 2.8 pence (H1 2025: 2.7 pence) per ordinary share, which will be paid on 4 September 2026 to shareholders on the register on 14 August 2026 at a total cost of £7.8 million.
