The directors and officers of the Company (such persons, the ?Lock-Up Parties?) have each executed a lock-up agreement (such agreement, the ?Lock-Up Agreement?) prior to the commencement of the Offering pursuant, to which they have agreed that, without the prior written consent of the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, they will not, and will not cause any direct or indirect affiliate to, during the Restricted Period, (i) offer, pledge, sell, contract to sell, sell any option or contract to purchase, purchase any option or contract to sell, grant any option, right or warrant to purchase, lend, or otherwise transfer or dispose of, directly or indirectly, any Common Shares or any securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for Common Shares.

In its Robotics & Space Operations business, it partners with customers in critical space infrastructure missions. As a Geointelligence mission partner, the Company is an owner, operator, and prime contractor for both earth orbit (EO) and space observation missions, in addition to providing key technologies and products. Its EO business includes the collection, processing and dissemination of earth imagery data from space.
