The principal activities of the Trust are those relating to an investment in a diversified portfolio of income-producing properties located primarily in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau and used primarily for retail, office and industrial purposes (including business parks, logistics facilities, data centers and integrated developments). Its portfolio constitutes approximately 10 shopping malls, five business parks and four logistics parks. The geographically diversified portfolio has a total gross floor area of approximately 1.9 million square meters (sq m), located across 12 Chinese cities.
