The goal is to support the American giant in rolling out modern, scalable platforms that deliver enhanced experiences for both customers and crew members, in line with the "Accelerating the Arches" strategy. McDonald's aims to reach 250 million active users in its loyalty program within a 90-day period.

At the same time, the fast-food specialist is targeting $45 billion in annual sales through this program by the end of 2027, while connecting thousands of restaurants to cloud services.

Capgemini will continue to provide engineering, deployment, and support services for certain customer-facing digital channels, as well as technology solutions used in restaurants throughout McDonald's global system.
