On December 12, 2025, Bunge Global SA announced that David Mattiske will step down from his position as co-Chief Operating Officer of the Company to pursue other professional opportunities. Effective December 11, 2025, Mr. Mattiske will cease to be an Executive Officer of the Company, and he will assist with the orderly transition of his responsibilities until his separation becomes effective on December 31, 2025. Julio Garros, currently the co-Chief Operating Officer of the Company, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective December 12, 2025.

Mattiske ceased to be an executive officer of Bunge effective Dec. 11, and he will stay on until the end of the year to assist with the transition. He also had served as the company's chief sustainability officer since August this year, a role he took after Robert Coviello stepped down July 31 from his role as chief sustainability and government affairs officer.

The chief sustainability officer post was taken on this month by Christos Dimopoulos, who also is executive vice president of global markets. Mattiske previously was CEO of Viterra, whose sale to Bunge closed July 2 this year, when he took the co-COO role alongside Garros. Garros had been Bunge's co-president of agribusiness prior to taking his co-COO role in July.
