Press Release BRUNELLO CUCINELLI: notice of publication of lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Solomeo, 2nd April 2026 - As to the Shareholders Meeting of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. convened in a single call for 23rd April 2026, to be held at 10 a.m. at the Cucinelli Theatre 2, in Via Giovine Italia, Solomeo, Corciano (PG), Italy, the Company informs that, on March 30th, 2026, the deadline for the submission of lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors was reopened, pursuant to Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999.

Upon expiry of the extended deadline (i.e. April 1st, 2026), no additional lists were submitted.

As of today, therefore, one single slate for the appointment of the Board of Directors and one single slate for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors have been submitted, both by the majority shareholder Foro delle Arti S.p.A., which holds 50.05% of the Company's share capital.

The lists, together with the accompanying documentation required by law and the By-laws, are available at the Company's registered office, on the "eMarket Storage" system (https://www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company's website (http://investor.brunellocucinelli.com).
