Britannia Industries Limited has announced that Rakshit Hargave has officially assumed charge as the company's Managing director, effective December 15, 2025. The appointment follows the approval of Britannia's Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 10, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Hargave has been appointed for a term of five years.
