The Board of Directors vide their Circular Resolution dated 30th October, 2025 took note of the resignation and placed on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Dr. Urjit Patel during his tenure as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Consequent to his resignation from the Board, he also ceases to be the Member of the Strategy and Innovation Steering Committee of the Company.
