Bosch Home Comfort India Limited has named Rishi Mehta as Executive Director-Finance, effective April 1, 2026, following approval by its Board of Directors. The decision was taken at a board meeting held on March 24, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mehta, who currently serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer, will assume the expanded role for a term ending September 30, 2028.
His expertise spans M&A, integration, turnaround management, financial modelling, and internal controls. Mehta has over two decades of experience across the automotive, air conditioning and information technology sectors. His background includes roles in strategic planning, financial management, and business transformation, along with experience in international markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East & Africa region.
Previously, Mehta has held leadership roles at JCI Automotive (now Adient), Delphi Automotive, and Flextronics.
