Bosch Home Comfort India Limited announced that Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has tendered his resignation via e-mail dated February 6, 2026, effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2026, due to his retirement from Bosch Home Comfort Group, Japan. Accordingly, he will also cease to hold Chairmanship/Membership of all Committees of the Board in which he presently serves. Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara served as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
