Bosch Home Comfort India Limited announced that Mr. Nobuyuki Tao, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has tendered his resignation via e-mail dated February 4, 2026, effective from February 28, 2026, due to pursuing an opportunity outside the Bosch Home Comfort Group. Mr. Tao will also cease to hold Chairmanship of the Board and Chairmanship /Membership of Committees of the Board in which he was a Chairman/Member.
