BizLink has acquired the Singapore-based Interplex Datacom in an all-cash deal with an enterprise value of $850 million, plus up to $50 million in contingent consideration.
The maker of data and power cables said Wednesday the transaction expands its global market presence and deepens its customer relationships.
Interplex Datacom, a division of the Blackstone-managed Ennovi, makes mechanical and structural components used for AI server racks. Its manufacturing footprint spans China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, with more than 1,900 employees.
In the 12 months that ended March 31, Interplex Datacom generated about $392 million in revenue, BizLink said.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of the year and will be funded with a combination of cash on hand and committed debt financing from Citigroup.
