The nomination committee of research firm BioArctic has proposed expanding the board of directors to eight members ahead of the Annual General Meeting on May 28. The proposal includes the re-election of six current members and the new appointments of Philip Scheltens and Linda Nilsson.

Eugen Steiner is proposed to continue as Chairman of the Board. Pär Gellerfors has declined re-election and is proposed to be succeeded by his daughter, Linda Nilsson, as the representative for the family holding company, Ackelsta.

Nilsson currently serves as Head of Product Operations & Development at H&M, while Scheltens is a professor and Alzheimer's expert currently working with EQT.
