BioArctic AB (publ) Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on 28 May 2026 proposed that a dividend of SEK 2 per share for the Financial Year 2025 shall be paid. Assuming that the number of outstanding shares is the same as at the time of issuance of this notice (88,719,485), the total dividend amounts to SEK 177,438,970. The board of directors further proposes that the record date for the dividend shall be Monday 1 June 2026.
If the General Meeting resolves in accordance with the proposal, payment is expected to be made through Euroclear Sweden AB around 4 June 2026.
