Bid Corporation Limited announced the successful renewal of its EUR 300 million revolving credit facility, reinforcing the Group?s liquidity position and supporting its ongoing operational and strategic priorities. The renewed facility provides continued access to flexible funding and reflects the support of the Group?s banking partners and their confidence in Bid Corporation Limited?s credit profile and long-term strategy. ABSA Bank Limited, HSBC Bank Plc (HSBC), National Westminster Bank Plc (Natwest), The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Bank of America N.A., BNP Paribas and Barclays Bank Plc acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers.

The renewed revolving credit facility is intended to support the Group?s general corporate purposes, including working capital requirements and broader balance sheet flexibility. The renewal enhances the Group?s funding resilience and ensures continued access to a committed source of liquidity as it executes on its strategic objectives. The renewed facility has a tenure of 3 years and includes an option for the annual extension thereof for a further 2 years, on terms aligned with the Group?s funding strategy.

The facility also includes an accordion facility, which further demonstrates continued lender confidence in the Group?s credit quality, operating fundamentals and forward-looking strategic plans. Natwest was appointed as documentation agent for the transaction and HSBC facility agent for the duration of the facility.
