Bh Diamonds Me Dmcc acquired 10.94% stake in Lipari Mining Ltd. (NEOE:LML) from Aftergut N. & Zonen Bvba for CAD 4.8 million on December 23, 2025. A cash consideration of CAD 4.82 million will be paid by Bh Diamonds Me Dmcc. As part of consideration, CAD 4.82 million is paid towards common equity of Lipari Mining Ltd. Upon completion of the transaction BH Diamonds now holds 59,398,126 Common Shares which represents approximately 40.45% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Lipari Mining.
