BF Investment Limited informed that Ms. Aarti Arun Sathe has tendered her resignation as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on August 14, 2025. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship
Committee of the Company.
