bemyfriends Co., Ltd. entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 31.35% stake in Dreamus Company (KOSDAQ:A060570) from SM Entertainment Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A041510), SK Square Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A402340) and Neospes LC Co., Ltd. for KRW 55 billion on October 30, 2025. A cash consideration of KRW 55 billion valued at KRW 2368 per share will be paid by bemyfriends Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, KRW 55 billion is paid towards common equity of Dreamus Company. The transaction will be financed through and own funds and a planned capital increase. On completion, SK Square Co., Ltd. will retain a 22.17% stake in Dreamus Company.
