On June 16, 2025, Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company announced that it has received shareholder proposals from China National Building Material Company Limited regarding 1) a proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Association, 2) a proposal to abolish the Company's supervisory board and repeal the Company's supervisory meeting rules, for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 27, 2025.
