Andrew?s College, Gorakhpur and has also done ANSI (Sugar Technology) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur. He is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in the field of Production and Process. He has been associated with the Company since 2017 and has been Production Head in Kumbhi and Rauzagaon Units of the Company.

Since last two years, he has been serving as Senior General Manager- Production (CTT). Mr. Ramesh Kumar Verma, currently serving as Senior General Manager (Unit Head- Akbarpur Unit), has tendered his resignation on April 21, 2026 and the same has been accepted by the Company with effect from April 21, 2026. In view of the resignation of Mr. Ramesh Verma, the Management has appointed Mr. Pankaj Shahi as the Unit Head of Akbarpur Unit with effect from April 21, 2026.

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Verma decided to resign from his post of Senior General Manager (Unit Head) Unit-Akbarpur with immediate effect from April 21, 2026 (last working day). However, after careful consideration and due to family problems, he believes it is the right time to step down and allow for new leadership to guide the company through its next phase of growth.
