Bajaj Finserv Limited announced that Shri Anupam Sirbhaiya will take over as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective November 1, 2025. Anupam Sirbhaiya served as the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer at Bajaj Finance Limited and was a key member of the executive management team. With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership, he is instrumental in building best-in-class human capital practices and fostering a workplace that is recognized as the "Place to Be" for both existing employees and future talent.
He collaborates closely with company leaders to align HR strategies with the company's business goals and long-term vision. Since joining Bajaj Finserv in 2016 as the Head of Group Learning Academy, Anupam has made significant contributions by creating a unified and engaging learning ecosystem across the group's diversified financial services portfolio. His passion for leadership development and capability building has been a cornerstone of his career, enabling him to develop high-performance teams and impactful HR solutions.
Before Bajaj Finserv, Anupam was the founding Country Manager at the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) India, where he spent over eight years establishing CCL's presence in the country. His career also includes experience with TMTC, The Alchemist Consulting, Wipro and Tata Steel.
