(Alliance News) - AXA and MPS have approved dividend distributions exceeding EUR270 million from their insurance joint ventures, AXA MPS Vita and AXA MPS Danni, Milano Finanza reported on Wednesday.

Specifically, AXA MPS Vita will distribute EUR211 million to shareholders after closing 2025 with a net profit of EUR86 million, while AXA MPS Danni will pay a EUR60 million dividend against a net result of EUR52 million.

The proceeds will be split between MPS and AXA, which each hold a 50% stake in the two companies.

According to the newspaper, the payout comes as the market looks toward the future of the bancassurance partnership between the two groups, which is set to expire in October 2027.
