Atos secures new multi-year agreement with insurer CNA

Atos has announced the extension and expansion of its long-standing strategic partnership with U.S. insurer CNA, a subsidiary of the Loews Corp conglomerate, for the provision of infrastructure management and cybersecurity services.

The French IT services group specified that the total expected value of the contract is approximately USD 500 million over the duration of the master agreement, including potential future extensions and additional services.

Under the terms of this new deal, which strengthens nearly a decade of collaboration between the two groups, Atos will continue to provide critical infrastructure services across CNA's entire information system.

These will include mainframe services, network and middleware operations, digital workplace solutions, user support, identity and access management, major incident management, and cybersecurity.

The new contract includes an initial base term of 67 months, with options for extensions and scope expansions, illustrating CNA's long-term commitment to Atos as a key strategic partner.
