The divested perimeter includes operations in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, and Peru. The transaction was structured to ensure full service continuity for clients and a seamless transition for employees.

Following the completion of the deal, Nelson Campelo, formerly Atos' head of South America, has been appointed CEO of Semantix, while Leonardo Santos Poça D'Água, founder and CEO of Semantix, becomes Executive Chairman.

This transaction enables the French IT services group to accelerate the simplification of its operating model and reinforce its strategic focus on core markets and high-value-added technological capabilities.
