To obtain a stay of execution of the revised final judgment, Atos has posted a bond for an amount equal to the full sum awarded by the judgment, plus post-judgment interest, in compliance with applicable procedural requirements.
This bond is secured by a cash deposit of 290 million USD (approximately 249 million EUR), representing an additional 203 million USD (approximately 174 million EUR) over the amount already on deposit in connection with this litigation.
The French IT services group (which acquired Syntel in 2018, following the commencement of proceedings initiated in 2015) confirms that this decision has no significant adverse impact on its assets, operations, cash flow, or financial position.
