Artemis Gold Inc. is a Canada-based gold development company. The Company is engaged in identifying, acquiring, and developing gold projects in mining-friendly jurisdictions. The Company operates through a single segment: the operation and management of the Blackwater Mine. The Company is focused on the Blackwater Gold Project (Blackwater Project), which is located in central British Columbia, approximately 160 kilometers (km) southwest of Prince George and 446 km northeast of Vancouver. It has a 100% recorded interest in 329 mineral claims covering an area of 148,902 hectares (ha) distributed among the Property and the Capoose, Auro, Key, Parlane and RJK claim blocks.
