Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited is an India-based home loan company. The Company is engaged primarily in the business of housing finance and all other activities are incidental to the main activities of the Company. It is also engaged in providing loans for non-housing finance activities in the form of loan against properties (LAP). Its products include home loans, LAP, and insurance services. The primary product offered by the Company is focused at addressing the long-term housing finance needs of its customers. LAPs are loans given for refinancing of funds used for the purpose of construction/purchase of a house. LAP has two products, namely, LAP-Construction and LAP-Purchase. It is offering products pertinent to housing finance. It offers credit shield insurance to customers wherein the entire loan outstanding is repaid by the insurance company in the event of death of a customer. Its subsidiary, Aptus Finance India Private Limited, is a non- banking finance company.
