Premier Energies Limited is an India-based integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company. The Companyâs business operations include the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic (PV) cells and the manufacturing of solar modules, including custom-made panels for specific applications. The Company is also involved in the execution of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, independent power production, operations and maintenance (O&M) services with respect to EPC projects executed by the Company and the sale of other solar-related products. Its EPC division has executed several projects in India including, among others, the establishment of a rooftop solar system, a canal top project and other large-scale solar power projects. These include a 100-megawatt (MW) project for 206 a Navratna public sector undertaking, a 20 MW canal bank and canal top project in Uttarakhand for a state government power generation company and 18 MW and 15 MW projects in Karnataka.
