Alcon has announced the completion of its share buyback program totaling $750 million, a program the Swiss ophthalmology specialist launched on April 1, 2025.

Alstom
In the third quarter of its 2025/26 fiscal year (from October 1 to December 31, 2025), Alstom more than doubled its order intake year-on-year, reaching 9.6 billion euros. Its revenue rose by 2.6% to 4.8 billion euros. After factoring in unfavorable currency effects, organic revenue growth stood at 5.9% for the quarter. Nine-month order volume thus reached 20 billion euros (+34.2% organically), with revenue at 13.9 billion euros (+7.2% organically).

Atos
Atos has released preliminary results for the 2025 fiscal year, marked by mixed signals but overall in line with its "Genesis" strategic plan. Annual revenue amounted to 8 billion euros, meeting management's expectations, but still showing a strong organic contraction. The fourth quarter, however, declined less than the third in the SBU division (-9% vs. -19.3% in Q3).

Kering announced that Bartolomeo Rongone, CEO of Bottega Veneta, will leave the group on March 31, 2026, to focus on new professional projects. The selection process for the next CEO of Bottega Veneta is underway and the appointment will be announced soon, the group specified. Luca de Meo, CEO of Kering, stated: "During his tenure, he achieved significant milestones with his teams and supported the ongoing development of the House."

Sidetrade
Sidetrade, a specialist in AI-powered order-to-cash applications, reported 2025 revenue up 12% to 61.4 million euros. At the same time, SaaS subscription revenues rose 18% to 53.5 million euros. The company noted a growing contribution from international markets and a new growth driver in Asia-Pacific.

SMAIO
SMAIO announced 2025 revenue of 9.2 million euros, up 67%, driven mainly by a strong acceleration in the United States.
