Alfabs Australia Limited announced that Mr. Mark Harrison resigned as CFO & Finance Director, effective close of business 3 December 2025, to pursue external opportunities. The company announced that Mr. Peter White has been appointed Chief Finance Officer. Peter commences in January 2026 Peter brings over 25 years of experience in strategic finance, planning and business leadership across large-scale global operations, including management roles within PwC and more than a decade in senior international mining positions.
Peter joins us from Anglo American where he most recently served as Head of Finance - Group Projects & Development. Prior to that he held the position of CFO of the Quellaveco Copper Project (Peru) and held several senior finance and performance roles in Santiago, Chile, including Financial Controller (Copper) and Planning & Performance Manager. Peter has deep expertise in global project delivery, financial governance, and performance management, experience that will add significant value to Alfabs as we continue our strategic growth journey.
