KUALA LUMPUR, 23 SEPTEMBER 2025 - Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad took centre stage at the 18th Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025, uniting innovation with heritage flavours to present modern food solutions from 23 to 26 September 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

At Hall 1, Booth 1603, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, visitors enjoyed an immersive journey of flavour, creativity, and inspiration. The highlight of the showcase was "Malaysia Heritage Food," where Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad's trusted products, including TUMIX® Chicken Stock, AJI-MIX™ Special Blended Seasoning, AJI-NO-MOTO®, AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS, "AJINOMOTO" Lime Powder, "AJINOMOTO" Gyoza, AJIezi™ Meat Juicy Up, and SERI-AJI® seasonings, were transformed into signature dishes such as Aromatic Herb Rice, Limeade and Lime Black Tea, Mushroom Soup, authentic Japanese Gyoza, and Fried Rice Curry. This specially prepared menu reflected the company's commitment to innovation while preserving the heritage flavours loved by Malaysians.
