References are made to the announcement on the poll results of the 2025 second extraordinary shareholders' meeting (the "ESM") of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") dated 28 November 2025 and the circular of the ESM of the Bank dated 11 November 2025. Mr. ZHANG Hongwu was elected as a non-executive director of the Bank at the ESM, subject to the ratification of his qualification by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The Bank has received the Approval on the Qualification of Mr. ZHANG Hongwu as a Director of Agricultural Bank of China Limited by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (Jin Fu [2026] No.
50). According to relevant regulations, the appointment of Mr. ZHANG Hongwu as a non-executive director of the Bank has become effective.
