Affärsvärlden has issued a neutral recommendation for the optical retail chain Synsam in an analysis published on Friday.
The magazine notes that the optical chain has demonstrated solid growth in recent years, and the stock has performed strongly on the market this year. The previous main owners, private equity firm CVC, are now out of the picture. Last autumn, Synsam presented new financial targets.
In its main scenario, Affärsvärlden sees a potential upside of 27 percent for the stock over the next couple of years.
"It is positive that Synsam now sets targets at the EBIT level instead of EBITDA. The upside in the main scenario is perfectly acceptable. Synsam is valued lower than other companies with consumer exposure. At the same time, the stock has performed strongly over the past year, with an increase of over 50 percent. The stock is worth monitoring and is interesting in the long term," writes Affärsvärlden.
