Aegis Logistics Limited (NSEI:AEGISLOG) executed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire 48,000 MT LPG Cryogenic Terminal of Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (NSEI:AEGISVOPAK) for INR 4.3 billion on July 10, 2025. A cash consideration of INR 4.28 billion will be paid by Aegis Logistics Limited. As part of consideration, INR 4.28 billion is paid towards assets of 48,000 MT LPG Cryogenic Terminal of Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited. The transaction will be financed through internal accruals.The expected completion of the transaction is July 10, 2025.
