Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on 3 February 2026, approved and proposed to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 7 April 2026, the allocation of the Company's net profit for the year ended 31 December 2025 as dividend at THB 15.30 per share. In addition, the Board proposed for shareholders' approval a special dividend from retained earnings at THB 19.00 per share, resulting in a total dividend for the year of THB 34.30 per share. As the Company has already paid an interim dividend of THB 6.89 per share on 3 September 2025, the remaining dividend to be paid amounts to THB 27.41 per share.
The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the dividend has been set for 2 March 2026. The first date of XD will be 27 February 2026, and the dividend will be paid on 30 April 2026. The entitlement to receive the dividend remains uncertain, as it is subject to shareholders' approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
