On March 30, 2026, JLens and the Anti-Defamation League, called upon shareholders of GE Aerospace to vote against the shareholder proposal that could harm Company's defense business and undermine Israel's ability to protect its citizens, at the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 5, 2026. In addition, JLens stated that the proposal criticizes Company?s provision of products to the Israel Defense Forces, alleging violations of international law and calling for an independent report on the due diligence process regarding human rights harms. Further, JLens emphasize that foreign military sales decisions are made by the U.S. government, not the Company, and assert that the proposal imports a political agenda into the boardroom, urging shareholders to reject the shareholder proposal.
