Life science company Addlife has acquired Pharmacold, a Danish specialist in refrigeration technology and service for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

The company will become a subsidiary of Holm & Halby within the Labtech business area, and the deal aligns with Addlife's strategy to expand its service operations.

The acquisition was completed on December 1 and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on earnings per share for the current year.
