Life science company Addlife has acquired Opitek, a Danish manufacturer specializing in patient positioning, which will now be integrated into Mediplast within the Medtech business area. Opitek reports an annual turnover of approximately 8 million Danish kroner.
The deal supports Addlife's strategy to expand its portfolio of proprietary products and aims to strengthen the company's market presence through broader distribution.
The acquisition took effect on December 1 and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on earnings per share in 2025.
