Adani Total Gas Limited announced the redesignation of Mr. Suresh P. Manglani, (DIN: 00165062), Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company as `Executive Director' of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on May 21, 2026. Mr. Suresh P. Manglani has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, including approximately 17 years with British Gas and BP Plc joint ventures in India, primarily in midstream and downstream city gas distribution (CGD) businesses. He joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer in September 2018.

Prior to this, he was associated with GAIL for about five years, followed by over 13 years with Mahanagar Gas Limited, a joint venture of British Gas (later Shell) and GAIL. He subsequently served with Reliance Industries Limited for more than 10 years, where he held senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer for the refinery and marketing divisions (retail petroleum business). Mr. Manglani possesses extensive experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities, city gas distribution operations, and the gas business value chain, as well as petroleum retail and policy advocacy.

He is a strong proponent of digitalisation and process transformation, consistently driving operational excellence across organizations he has served. The other terms and conditions of his appointment remain unchanged. Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Pandita as the Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from May 22, 2026.

Mr. Sanjay Pandita is an accomplished energy industry leader with over 25 years of extensive experience across Natural Gas, LNG, LPG and emerging low-carbon energy solutions. He is recognized for building and scaling businesses, driving profitable growth, and leading large commercial and operational transformations within India's evolving energy landscape. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led high-impact initiatives spanning city gas distribution, LNG infrastructure, mobility solutions, clean energy transition, and downstream fuel businesses.

He has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategic planning, business expansion, market development, P&L management, and stakeholder engagement while consistently building high-performing teams and execution-focused organizations. Mr. Pandita has played a significant role in advancing India's clean energy and decarbonization agenda through initiatives in Biogas, LNG for transportation, and Hydrogen mobility solutions. His leadership has contributed to the development of future-ready energy ecosystems aligned with the nation's sustainability ambitions.

Prior to his current role at RIL/Jiobp Mobility solutions, he held leadership positions with Mahanagar Gas Limited and Gujarat Gas Limited, where he was instrumental in driving commercial growth, customer expansion, and strategic business initiatives. Earlier, he worked with Nayara Energy, where he developed strong expertise in fuel retailing and sales management. An engineering professional by qualification, Mr. Pandita holds a B.Tech degree, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a Post Graduate qualification in Executive Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Kolkata.
