Abbott India Limited informed that Mr. Munish Prashar, Plant Director - Goa, has tendered his resignation from employment of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of October 31, 2025, to pursue an external career opportunity. Pursuant to his resignation, he will also cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective the said date.
