Abbott India Limited announced that Mr. Rajan Kalantre - Director, Business Human Resources, has been assigned to another affiliate of Abbott effective December 16, 2025. He will serve his role as Director, Business Human Resources with Abbott India Limited until December 15, 2025. Pursuant to the above, he will also cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective close of business hours of December 15, 2025.
Upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Ms. Vinutha Mufti as Director, Business Human Resources effective December 16, 2025. In accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations, Ms. Vinutha Mufti will be considered as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Vinutha brings over two decades of diverse HR experience.
Since joining Abbott in 2015 as Senior Manager - BHR for Nutrition, she has held progressively senior roles across the Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition businesses, demonstrating agility and strong stakeholder partnership. In 2020, she became Head - BHR for Abbott's Primary Care business, followed by her appointment as Associate Director - BHR for Nutrition in 2022, and most recently as Director - BHR for the Specialty Care business in 2023. She has led key initiatives in managerial effectiveness, DEI, and talent integration for a major distribution partnership for Abbott's diabetes portfolio.
Vinutha is also a founding member of the Women Leaders of Abbott employee network. Prior to Abbott, Vinutha spent a decade at IBM in HRBP and Talent Management roles, driving leadership pipeline development and cross-business mobility. She began her career in business process consulting in 2004.
Vinutha holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from PCCE-Goa and a PGDBM in Management from Goa Institute of Management.
