45,000,000 Ordinary Shares of Alpha Ocean Resources Berhad are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 9-DEC-2025. These Ordinary Shares will be under lockup for 1464 days starting from 6-DEC-2021 to 9-DEC-2025.

Details:
The promoters have agreed not to dispose of any shares of the company for a period twelve months from listing date. Upon expiry of the first twelve months period an aggregate of 45% of total number of enlarged share capital shall remain under lockup for a further thirty six months.
