149,226,759 Equity Shares of Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 9-DEC-2025. These Equity Shares will be under lockup for 32 days starting from 7-NOV-2025 to 9-DEC-2025.

Details:
An aggregate of 20% of the fully diluted post-offer equity share capital of the company held by the promoters shall be considered as minimum promoters? contribution and locked-in for a period of 18 months or any other period as may be prescribed under applicable law, from the date of allotment. The promoters? shareholding in excess of 20% shall be locked in for a period of six months from the date of allotment.

The equity shares held by persons other than the promoters and locked-in for a period of six months from the date of allotment in the offer.

A total of 50% of the equity shares allotted to anchor investors under the anchor investor portion shall be locked in for a period of 90 days from the date of allotment and the remaining 50% shall be locked in for a period of 30 days from the date of allotment.
