Ross Hiatt

Ross is a Managing Director and Head of H.I.G.
Growth Partners and is based in the San Francisco office.
As fund head, he has responsibility for all the day-to-day activities of H.I.G.
Growth Partners, H.I.G.’s dedicated growth equity fund.
Ross has over two decades of investing and finance experience, with expertise across consumer internet, fintech, SaaS and enterprise technology.
Before joining H.I.G., he was a senior member of the technology investment team at TPG Capital and was responsible for all aspects of investment sourcing, execution and oversight.
Before TPG, Ross spent ten years at Goldman Sachs where he worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies.
Ross began his career in the high yield and leveraged finance group at J.P.
Morgan.
Ross is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at ProsperOps, Bluum and WorkSuite.
Prior investment and board experience includes Calm.com, Dream11, Goal.com, Age of Learning (ABCmouse) and Pray.
Ross earned a B.B.A.
from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A.
from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, both with honors.
