Hunter Brasfield

Hunter joined ACME as Controller and contributes his experience in fund accounting and management company operations to the team.
Prior to ACME, he was an Accounting Manager at West, a venture studio that specializes in the end-to-end process of designing, building, and launching purpose-driven brands.
Prior to transitioning into venture capital, Hunter led GAAP financial statement audits for asset management and technology clients in Deloitte’s San Francisco office.
He brings years of experience in analyzing investment valuations, income allocations, distribution waterfalls, and legal contracts.
In addition, his expertise includes assessing financial risks, evaluating internal controls and managing budgets.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Hunter worked for Trinity Health where he designed revenue cycle operations for hospitals across the U.S.
Hunter is a CPA. He holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics and an MS in Accounting from Rhodes College, as well as a certificate of study from the London School of Economics.
