Mr. Arif Bhalwani, CFA MBA, is a Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Third Eye Capital Management, Inc. and a Managing Director at Pinnacle Capital.
His entrepreneurial experience includes the founding, managing, and selling of companies in the retail automotive and computer services industries early on in his career.
Later, he became a major shareholder and director of a large Canadian construction contractor that he helped turnaround and eventually sell.
Mr. Bhalwani parlayed his successful business experience into co-founding Pinnacle Capital, an early stage and specialty venture capital firm that has a prestigious track record investing its own money and advising on over $100 Million in third-party funds.
He led the firm's investments in both high-growth and out-of-favour sectors within several industries including telecommunications, media, technology, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, energy, and financial services.
He received a Master of Business Administration from the Queen's School of Business, completed post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
